A project workflow is a combination of a template for providing a particular set of instructions, and a production path for creating the content. Some types of content require different information for the writer, and some require different steps during production. Once you select a content type for your project, you will be asked whether you would like completely new content written, or whether you have existing content that needs to be used to create the content you need. If you have existing content, you have the choice to have it re-written, re-purposed, or edited. Available Workflows Within Zerys Projects Conduct a Writer Audition is used for your first Zerys project and anytime you want to start a new project and look for new writers. New Content is used when you want the writer to come up with completely new content either from his/her own research, or using sources and examples you provide. Re-write is used when you are providing existing content that you need completely rewritten. Proofread/Edit is used when you are providing existing content and you need it proofread, polished and refined, or any other type of editing done to it. This workflow type will be sent to a Zerys editor, not a writer. Note: if you choose Re-write or Proofread/Edit, you will need to supply the existing text in a field marked "Original Content" during project setup. All projects within Zerys are optimized by content type and workflow type to give you the best results.
