Questionnaires are designed to allow you to collect information of any kind that will help you to fulfill your clients’ needs. This can be done one-time at the beginning of a project, or periodically for fresh ideas or feedback. Consider using this feature to send your clients the following: • A simple, custom, “Getting Started” questionnaire to gather information for a project • Monthly questionnaires to get topics and ideas • Periodic “How are we doing? surveys to get feedback and suggestions for improvement We offer several built-in templates which can be customized, or you can build your own questionnaire from scratch!
