When a title is listed in a project's On Job Board page, it means your order has been fully placed and you are waiting for a writer to claim the job. Either your job has been posted as a Writer Audition, or you have posted it to the Favorite Writer Job Board. The job is visible to writers in your pool, and you are waiting for one of them to claim it. You can see the current price offer and the writers the job is currently available to, as well as information on the next offer SmartPost will use if no writers take the job at the current offer. As soon as a writer accepts the job, it will move to Writer - In Progress status.
