In order to help you plan and organize all of the content your clients need, each project in Zerys is associated with an individual client’s profile. This allows you to easily manage and track each client’s projects. The Client Profile is the screen that contains the information you enter about your client, such as company name and contact information, as well as all the settings you have selected for that client’s projects. In addition, Zerys has provided you a white-labeled portal that you can brand with your logo, or even embed in your website. This allows you to interact with your clients and give them access to various portions of their projects or editorial calendar. The Client Portal Settings for each client are also on the client’s profile. All of the settings for a client, including which of your users have access to that client’s projects, and the client’s portal settings, only need to be set once on the Client Profile and the system will automatically apply those settings to all of the projects for that client. Once a client is in the system, you can start setting up projects for them, and you can edit the profile settings at any time. To create a new client profile, just click Add New Client from the Client Dashboard.
