What will my clients see or have access to while using the client portal? Options

You decide what your clients will see and have access to by selecting options in their Client Portal Settings. You can do this when adding a new client, or at any time from the Client Profile or within a project for that client. You have the option to give the client access to:
  • Questionnaires you create and invite them to fill out
  • A General Support Message Board to communicate directly with you
  • The Topics screen within a project - where they can review topics to be written about and give feedback
  • The Titles screen within a project - where they can review the titles before you assign them to writers
  • Review the content when you have a draft ready - where they can approve it or ask for revisions
  • An Editorial Calendar which will track which titles are ready for their review and when they are scheduled to be published

You can customize the portal for each client and give different clients access to different things depending on their needs.
