What is the "Client Portal”? Options

You have the option to allow each of your clients to access a custom, private-labeled portal. The Client Portal is where you interact with your client within the Zerys system. By activating this feature, you can automatically keep your client up-to-date as their content moves through both the planning and the production processes. It will also offer your client a simple way to provide you relevant info and perform critical actions like reviewing topics, titles and content. You can integrate the portal directly into your own website, and you control branding at every level. The client will never see the Zerys brand. For each screen that you enable in that client’s portal, the client will be able to perform certain actions. These can include:
  • Filling in questionnaires you send
  • Reviewing topics and titles before they are written and giving feedback
  • Reviewing content and approving it or asking for revisions - before the writer is paid
  • Viewing the Editorial Calendar for their projects
Remember - you decide what your client will see by only enabling the screens you want them to visit, then sending an invitation when you are ready for the client to visit the screen.
